Born and raised in the Bay Area, I’ve dedicated over 35 years to working at the intersection of education, wellness, and community empowerment. From classrooms to boardrooms, from youth programs to leadership retreats, I’ve helped people breathe easier, think more clearly, and move forward with purpose. She also holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration. With a dual perspective that bridges student success and nonprofit capacity, Norma continues to champion equity, access, and community leadership through her consulting practice, empowering youth, families, and organizations to thrive.
